Criti Clean Clean-Foam ESD clean room Swabs enable ESD safe swabbing of small components where ESD events must be controlled.
These ESD swabs combine the best attributes of the Criti Clean polyester tip cleanroom swab but with a 110ppi (Z) open cell Clean-Foam tip. The tips are
thermally bonded to residue-free static dissipative polypropylene handles which results in a precision tool for ESD-sensitive applications. These ESD foam
swabs do not contain metals, silicones, amides or carbon making it ideal for MR and GMR cleaning. Product is cleaned and packed in a Class 10 cleanroom
manufacturing facility. We recommend this product for MR and GMR disk drive assembly operations, PCB module assembly and repair / assembly of static
sensitive components for medical device, avionics and space flight components. Samples are available for evaluation upon request. These swabs are
