standard weight, absorbent, abrasion resistant and made from 100% no-run polyester.
Criti Clean Heavyweight Class 1 - 10 sealed edge clean room wipes are extremely low in particle emissions and ionic levels. A laser beam
cuts and melts each fiber along each edge hence reducing the chance of particle emission. Each wipe is then laundered in a class 10
cleanroom laundry, individually inspected and hermetically sealed in cleanroom bags.These clean room wipes are heavy weight, absorbent,
abrasion resistant and made from 100% no-run polyester.
Criti Clean Class 1 - 10 ESD clean room wiper has laser cut edges and is an antistatic wipe with lintless and extremely low in chemical
extractables. This fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers and carbon core nylon fibers that are continuously filamented
throughout the no-run knit construction. Criti Clean ESD wipers are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment especially for use in cleanrooms.
This fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning, scouring, laser cutting, and a special proprietary cleaning
process. Most importantly, each Criti Clean ESD cleanroom wipe is laundered in a class 10 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45
micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal. All Criti Clean ESD wipe products are hermetically sealed in
cleanroom-cleaned packaging under class 10 air-stream. These ESD wipers are our cleanest esd cleanroom wipes.
These cleanroom wipes are individually inspected with lot-to-lot traceability & ISO 9000 standards.

Class 1- 10 Ultra Clean-Quilt cleanroom wipes are bonded dual layer polyester cleanroom wipes. They are made from our
patented Ultra Polyester material and suitable for use in Class 10 and up cleanrooms. They are much more absorbent that
single layer polyester cleanroom wipers and also very durable and tough. This clean room wipe is solvent resistant .
We also offer this same cleanroom wipe with laser cut edges for Class 1+ cleanroom applications.
